Tech help

At EliteBattleZone we pride ourselves in having one of the best Airsoft Technicians in the UK.

Known to one and all as ThatblokewiththeScar, Phil attends all of the Elite sites and is always on hand at game days with friendly help and advice.

Phil maintains the large fleet of hire guns rentals available at every Elite game to a very high standard, ensuring your game days run without a hitch.

Although there is not always time to deal with everybody and every problem on busy game days. Phil is a full time Airsoft Technician and can normally take your gun away that day and bring it back Repaired, Serviced or Upgraded by your next ElitBattleZone game day.

“ My Gun Won't Shoot! ”

“ Have you checked the battery? “

The most common issue when this happens is Batteries! They are either dead, or not connected properly. Firstly try another battery you know to be fully charged. Secondly check the battery and gun connectors especially if your gun has Tamiya connectors. Lastly if you gun has a fuse then check and replace if necessary.

There are unfortunately many other reasons why your gun may stop working but check these three first, as they are by far the most common.

“ My Gun Won't Shoot Straight! ”

“ When did you last clean the barrel? “

it surprising how many people will pay for their gun to be upgraded when all it needs is a clean and a service. Every gun Must have its barrel cleaned periodically to maintain power levels and accuracy. Every new AEG or GBB will come with instructions on how to clean the barrel of your gun. If your not sure ask your on site gun tech.

Gun maintenance is very important! Not only because it protects your investment against premature failure but also because it teaches you about how your gun operates. Obviously we are not saying that you should pull your gun apart after every game! But some basic knowledge goes a long long way. There are many guides available on the Internet or for more specific information why not contact our Gun Technician and ask him. You can email him directly here:phil@elitebattlezone.co.uk or speak to him at one of our upcoming game days.
